A traditional real Texas recipe that's engulfed in spices, a touch of chilli,  Smoky brisket and all of its natural flavours that totally fills your palate. Keeping its authenticity, this dish doesn't hide behind a tomato concasse, allowing you to experience the true and original taste. 

100% GLUTEN FREE, dairy free and can be eaten as a main, or with Corn chips, fried chips, taco, nachos, jaffles, on top of eggs on toast but our favourite, a crispy skinned baked potato with added condiments. YUM....

NATURALLY SMOKED. 

Can be stored in the fridge safely for upto 5 days. 

INSTRUCTIONS 500g: 
Simply heat in the microwave for 3 minutes with the lid loose but still on. Remove and stir. Place lid on top and into the microwave for another 30 seconds. Serve. 

INSTRUCTIONS 1kg: 
Preheat oven to 180 celcius. Place tray with its lid on inside the oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the lid, stir and serve
